Visibility & Signage · Fremont & Harrison
A headquarters that can advertise the company inside it.
At Fremont & Harrison, the building itself can become part of the brand — visible from roadway traffic, surrounding towers and one of San Francisco’s most active downtown districts.
Visibility is part of the real estate.
Over more than two decades, the building’s exterior signs have carried brands including Apple, Adobe, Seagate, Hitachi, Flickr, SmugMug and Grande Vitesse Systems. Those photographs make the value of the corner tangible: this is not a theoretical signage package.
A separate recorded traffic study on Fremont Street documented more than 25,000 vehicle trips during its survey window. The weekly-impression figure and that recorded study are presented as separate measures rather than interchangeable statistics.

The building can be a workplace, a showroom and a piece of the company’s media presence at the same time.
